First Church sent the Kim family to Bangkok, Thailand, as missionaries in July 2022. Pastor Su Kim’s connection to First Church began as a seminary student in 2018. He then served as an Assistant Pastor from 2019 to 2022, preparing for his call to the mission field in Thailand. In 2022, Pastor Su, his wife Christina, and their children—Jenna, Nicole, Isaiah, Joshua, and Timothy—were commissioned and sent as missionaries of First Church to serve in Thailand.
