Katheryn is the Director of Operations for the nonprofit ministry For the Nations DC, located in the Washington, DC area. Thousands of refugees have been settled in this area and 82 percent of those are from Muslim countries. For the Nations DC serves these refugees and others by offering them weekly English classes. The staff also takes the time during class to teach foundational Christian truths and to develop meaningful relationships that extend beyond the classroom.
Katheryn brings 10 years of experience working in nonprofit management and instructional design. She has more than 5 years of experience coordinating ESOL programs and has a Cambridge Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults.
