Paul and Linda serve on the coordination team of DOT (Deaf Owned Translation) Brazil. DOT Brazil’s objective is to work with the Brazilian deaf community while translating the Bible to their language, Libras. Their goal is to impact the 2.6 million deaf women, men, girls, and boys of Brazil with the Word of God as Old and New Testaments are made available to them. Less than 2% of the Brazilian deaf community have a saving relationship with Jesus Christ. Translating the Bible into the language of the Brazilian deaf is the foundation for reaching out to the deaf community with the good news of God’s love and plan of His saving grace in Jesus Christ.
