Environmental activists are threatening to stop the structure from being completed, while rumors are being whispered about ancient curses surrounding this part of the ocean. Mounting evidence shows the death may not have been an accident at all, forcing Rissi and Mason to sort through a plethora of suspects—and their own attraction to each other. Just as the case seems to take a turn, an approaching tropical storm cuts off any of their rescue and puts them right where the killer wants them.
