Join us for a delicious potluck dinner and a presentation from Pastor Steve Clark exploring the declaration in our vision statement that we are called to be an “intergenerational church.” What exactly does that mean, why does it matter, and how do we do it? Pastor Steve Clark will talk about why 60% of young adults leave the church when they grow up; why retirees and high schoolers are both essential to a healthy church; why “we need to get more young people to come to church” isn’t the answer; and explore how we as a church can keep living into our vision to love all generations.
