The Church faces challenges on multiple fronts—crises in leadership, a culture that is radically opposed to Christian beliefs and values, and an increasingly individualistic, diverse, and complex environment—and it all takes place shortly after 50 A.D. The book of 1 Corinthians speaks poignantly to many of the challenges churches face today. Join our pastoral team on as we “dig” into Paul’s first letter to the church in Corinth.

After the resurrection of Jesus, the quivering and cowering disciples became powerful evangelists who “proclaimed the kingdom of God and taught about the Lord Jesus Christ—with all boldness and without hindrance!” (Acts 28:31 NIV, emphasis added). What empowered the swift metamorphosis? Our pastors help us trace the uncommon manner in which the disciples boldly proclaimed the Gospel throughout the book of Acts.

Questions can be the springboard to learning, or the obstacle to faith. In this study, we explore some of the pivotal moments in the Gospel of Mark, each of which includes a defining moment captured in a question asked to Jesus, about Jesus, or from Jesus.

In this study, we explore the six distinct signs found in the first half of the Gospel of John—often called “the Book of Signs.” Like any good treasure map or box of Cracker Jacks, there is a surprise insight found in every one of these stories! Could John have foreseen their importance to the millions of Christians who would come after him?
