Brad Rogers | Senior Pastor
Originally from Northern Illinois, Dr. Rogers has been in ordained ministry since 2011. With degrees from Illinois State University (B.A. in Psychology), the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity), and Fuller Theological Seminary (Doctor of Ministry), he was called to serve First Church in 2016. His duties include preaching, teaching, and providing leadership to the staff, elders, and various ministries of the church.

Steven Grant | Associate Pastor
Steven Grant | Associate Pastor
With a degree in violin performance from the University of Missouri–St. Louis, Dr. Grant went on to McCormick Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity) and Westminster Theological Seminary (Doctor of Ministry). Ordained in 1986, Pastor Steven serves First Church as a faithful teacher and preacher, and leads group trips to the Holy Land. He also oversees our congregational care ministries and advises the Board of Deacons.

June Barrow | Assistant Pastor
Ordained in 1999 and certified as both a Spiritual Director and a Marriage Coach, Pastor June offers spiritual guidance and counsel. She leads classes and retreats related to spiritual, emotional and relational growth, as well as fulfilling pastoral duties at First Church, including preaching. Pastor June and her husband Dr. Al Barrow, helped establish our Spiritual Development Center.

Steve Clark | Assistant Pastor
A Rhode Island native, Pastor Steve holds degrees from Cedarville University (B.A. in Liberal Arts) and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity). He was one of the first seminary interns to receive the Douglas Pratt Scholarship through First Church. After his pastorate in upstate New York, Pastor Steve joined the staff of First Church in 2022 with a focus on student ministry, preaching, and teaching.

Allen Walworth | Teaching Pastor
Allen Walworth | Teaching Pastor
With a Ph.D. in New Testament studies, Dr. Walworth has taught at the college and seminary levels and is our teaching pastor. His passion for stewardship is fueled by his pastor’s heart and studied knowledge of scripture. Residing in both Texas and SW Florida, Pastor Allen joins us during our seasonal months and his duties include teaching, preaching and overseeing our stewardship ministries.

Carson Brown | Pastoral Resident
A Southwest Florida native, Carson Brown has served on our pastoral staff since January 2024. He is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University with a B.A. in Communication and is pursuing a Master of Divinity degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. In his role as Pastoral Resident, Carson serves in a variety of ministry areas including worship, teaching, and discipleship.
