A former missionary to the Philippines, David is Founder and Director of Propempo International. His primary ministry is teaching, training, and consulting local church leaders for the purpose of designing and implementing an effective and intentional missions ministry, primarily in strategic unreached fields overseas. This relationship extends to mentoring missionary candidates and field missionaries, offering pastoral ministry to those in strategic, creative-access fields (places that are usually very difficult for missionaries to enter or sustain a presence), counseling and advising on new field development, and interfacing with mission-sending agencies.
