PEER Servants Teen Scholar Program | Uganda

PEER Teens is a global community of young people who are learning to experience God’s kingdom and extend his love to others. What started in northern Uganda in 2014, has spread around the world as young people set the example in their conduct, faith, love, speech, and purity (1 Timothy 4:12). These students are bringing the Good News to prisons, hospitals, secondary schools, churches, and beyond while learning to partner globally as friends.
A PEER Teens Scholar is an exceptional servant leader from one of the PEER Teens affiliate programs that comes from a family that cannot afford a university education for their child.
First Missions is currently sponsoring Stephen, a PEER Teen Scholar in Uganda. He began his program in September 2022 at All Saints University Lango and is majoring in Theology & Community Development. Stephen is a South Sudanese refugee that had to flee his country due to war.
